We joined the Ohio Buckeye Chapter of the GPAA and that is where our journey started with gold prospecting.
We have a wonderful family, two boys, a daughter-in-law, and a grandson. Bill has been a sheet metal fabricator for 20 years.
Shelley has been billing for a health care facility for 14 years.
We started building the buckabilly sluice because building a V-channel out of rocks became so time consuming
to get the right water flow. The wider flare and narrower flume seems to work much better and the set up time is faster so
we can play longer and move more material.
We have met so many nice people and have had so much fun prospecting! There are too many people to thank,
so we would like to thank everyone who has given us feed back and encouragement to pursue building the buckabilly sluice boxes.
